been trying to manage burnout via...taking my energy level during the day. Started at 50% and then dipped pretty low before lunch, then I was back at like 50% for a few hours and I was able to work a bit...but not before slowly going down to like 25%, after work I took a nap.

You're supposed to stop working after getting to 40% energy but like I'm not hardly at that most of the time, but this explains why I can do work at certain points of the day, usually after lunch or right at the beginning
