im sure ill learn them eventually but jesus fucking christ where is the "learn blueprints" video? its not clear how blueprints affect gameplay, how to add nodes, what nodes do, and where output goes. how do I set up a data table? how do they relate to blueprints? how do I make debug commands? none of this is intuitive, I've used game engines for over a decade and I cant learn blueprints by dicking around.
"heres some sample blueprints" this tells me fucking nothing. how did you set these up???
what the fuck is a pawn, how is it different from an actor?
maybe my friends are right, I should make games with a combination of rust, FNA, and my own made up scripting interface
... ahaha it determines the default player object based on a "game mode" setting what the fuck.
