Cannot imagine the nightmare of 90's game development that demanded a PS1 and Nintendo 64 port of the same game. How do you even do that? Make all the logic run correctly on two different machines and compile render code for two very different methods of 3d graphics. Also: radically different methods of reading and writing data.
