I saw two in 30 minutes. they are incapable of any other kind of enforcement so I guess why not pull over commuters randomly.
driving is very stressful!! I made peace with being late because I got crappy sleep and decided to snooze a little longer. I was still stuck behind a subaru going....10 miles under the limit with no way of getting around them and I went apeshit. it didnt help that the radio was all 70s hits because that songwriter died (rip)
