I think it would be funny if UMG and TikTok both neither back down from their music royalties dispute, and it brings upon an era of royalty free music. I'm not talking, like, sound effects, background music, or YouTube outro music. I'm talking artists like The Midnight or NEFFEX who make regular music and just chose to make it royalty free. Wouldn't that be a dream. It becomes so trendy to make your music without Copyright constraints that big artists have to follow suit just to stay relevant. One can only wish.

For being, probably, the most forgotten Nancy Drew game, Stay Tuned for Danger's Lobby music is the single most memorable song that I've ever heard in the franchise. I'll hear random music from other games and be like "is that the STFD lobby music????" I'll just be sitting, vibing, having a chill day, and that's the song that's playing in my head. It's so good, and I'm so glad I found an HD version of it, online. I'm considering ripping it off YouTube and adding it to my music library as an MP3.
