i'm doing my best to participate in OC-tober this year! i'm not gonna put expectations on myself this year. i would love to draw an oc a day following all the prompts. it would be amazing to do 31 oc drawings at all. i'd be happy to hit 10. but i have already participated and that's enough.
i'm following these prompts. i'm probably going to pick and choose from the text list, doubling up on some prompts i like to skip out on others that don't interest me as much.
i did day 1 but i didn't like it too much, so i'll probably compile the less good ones at the end or something. but for day 2, i chose to design a new OC. and over the past couple of weeks i've been musing on a third fursona. i looked at the prompt for today, then happened to see an inspiring art immediately after... and then i just started drawing, and this happened.
meet Tok! he/they. they're some kind of unspecified canine/vulpine. sassy, confident, passionate, encouraging. they have time magic!
"hex, is this just a canine/vulpine version of your dragon fursona?" maybe! and if so, that's fine! stuff might change in the future, it might not. i'm gonna let it happen organically. i highly doubt this will be their final design - a fursona isn't something i can create in two hours - but for the purposes of OC-tober and getting a design out, this is a good start!
some musings on their design and the concept of having multiple fursonas:
