it's true that the miller test for what defines obscenity in the US is horrifically vague but I don't think it's possible to come up with a definition of obscenity or pornography or anything of that sort that isn't vague. like the co-host ToS defines "adult content" as
- pornography or nudity, either photographic or drawn
- other material which depicts or describes sexual acts in explicit detail.
what counts as "explicit detail"? what counts as "pornography" or "nudity"? it's vibes all the way down
