this is the kind of case that gives me nightmares. the victim is someone who had researched everything about her disability, was a research assistant, and was careful not to consume drinks with caffeine. however, panera bread didn’t adequately market the caffeine amount in their charged lemonade drinks and she died.
what it basically taught me is that no matter how much you take care of yourself, companies can suddenly screw you over by giving you a lemonade that seems lazer-focused in killing you.
