no more social media. i make text games that are poorly rated in game jams and talk about cool niche stuff.

just read this interview with the people behind reynatis (trinity trigger director, nojima aka the kingdom hearts writer, and shimomura as composer) and it looks neat.

the game is about expressing nonconformity, hence the chuu2 elements with no irony. the interview begins with the director in fact bringing up his pink hair and how people look at him weird as an example of the societal pressure he wanta to explore.

the game is also going for Realism: they got the actual shops in shibuya and even researched how school girls talk. lots of attention to detail that i didn’t expect in a game but i guess furyu funds some weird stuff.

i’m definitely interested in this urban fantasy title. hopefully, it gets on pc (the official website doesn’t say so)…
