magical girl on the internet?

i'm suddenly wondering why i ever look at docs.rs or doc.rust-lang.org⦠i don't actually need an internet connection, do i?
imo the prebuilt project docs not having all my other crates slightly mixed in is nice sometimes. And I still like std.rs/ for quickly searching docs. But yeah you really donβt need an internet connection.
omg if i do cargo doc --open it'll open my browser for me
oh nice, it goes inside the target dir too. means I don't need to clear them up when backing up my source trees
this is in fact the first time a decision about the layout of the target/ directory has been intelligible to me :p
