I was in that exactly position not long ago. almost getting the concept but not understanding how it could even feel. I wasn't expecting things to progress so fast with me once I started experimenting with just.. talking to myself, or another part of myself. if you ever wanna chat about this I'd love to try and help despite being very new at all of this too. talking with several plural friends who were open about their feelings and experiences is what gave me the push to poke at it, so to speak.

I appreciate it, and I'd love to talk about it. I'll be honest idk how talking to myself would work for me, cuz I've been talking to myself for like forever, though I suppose it's just always been a means to vocalize and hear my own thoughts more clearly than I ever could just thinking them

we can chat on discord if you'd like, mine's foxtrot_68. I wasn't convinced it would work either until I set up pluralkit on a private server and tried it. I used to just have a constant stream of thoughts but like, if you have other lines of thought that reply to you, even if it feels like you're talking to yourself, that could be something to explore.
