YEAH... I wasn't subscribed to any music streaming services for a while for financial reasons and the result was I just didn't listen to any music that didn't exist as like a 2 hour compilation video on youtube.
I'm sure organizing a downloaded collection of songs is nbd for people who are really into it is nbd or maybe even fun! I like organizing my downloaded books. But me and music have a relationship of convenience.
the sad part is that i USED to be the person carefully organising my tailored collection of mp3s but that was back when i had things like "executive function" and "stamina" - and it was great, doing that! but also having been on both sides its so obvious like, how much work that sorta stuff is, actually
I absolutely love my Navidrome setup, but I upload files to it by. uh. using the terminal. It's not for everyone, haha.
