Violet-Jane

This morning while making coffee I forgot to add in a little salt to the grounds, which is a small step I didn't do a few years ago but I am reminded why I started doing that. My coffee today isn't bad it's actually pretty good, but that little bit of salt brightens up the brew and cuts the bitterness more than I thought it would.
