Spent the last couple of hours teaching my partner knife skills by cutting vegetables for ratatouille and they picked it up pretty quickly! They have experience in the past but some years have gone by. But I forgot how much I enjoy teaching knife skills. Has been a while since I've had the opportunity since I left food service.
