a drove a combined five hours today to visit a friend of mine i hadn't seen in a long time. it's been so long since i've been in the presence of other people that i totally forgot how good it feels to be around other queer people. we played a few of the games that caught my eye in her massive collection, talked, and before i knew it i was already driving home in my mom's car.
i missed seeing friends in meatspace. i feel like i shook off like sixty pounds of dead flesh. after years of twitter showing me the absolute worst of humanity every day, it was nice to finally just exist without the noise. just me, my friend and some fuckin playtation
