It really appears to be every day now that other social media platforms continue to push HARDER and HARDER these algorithms that are either completely harmful, or continue to ignore my blatant requests of "Yeah, PLEASE stop showing me this."
I've been trying especially as of late to try to keep a more calm, relaxed demeanor, especially for the sake of my own mental health.. but when these other sites continuously try to push the narrative of bot accounts trying to criminalize others for the fact you have a differing opinion, ESPECIALLY when its political, is infuriating.
Sure enjoy seeing all these 'people' making all this noise about "ooh they arrested this woman for political reasons!" even though she very BLATANTLY breached her bail conditions, just because she has this same "freedom" belief that you do does not put you above the fucking law, that's just common sense.
So honestly, THANK YOU to the Cohost owners/founders for making this a place where algorithms are not pushed down our throat. It makes this place feel far more sanitary, where I can freely post what I want without feeling as if it'll get pushed into a sort of algorithm to get some people after me posting just absolutely deplorable shit in response.
