My new Thrustmaster T3PM pedals tend to tip over a smidge when braking since these pedals are being used on carpet. I heard about people doing DIY pedal inversion kits which makes the pedals act more like the ones you use in an actual vehicle, but I was more interested in building something that would be more stable while braking.

I used some spare wood and reinforced angle brackets (i think?) and ended up with something that works surprisingly well! i finished it in a vibrant green because why not, then added some carpeting on top because again, why not. The floor of the rig is too long, so i can't get my chair close enough to the desk to reach my wheel comfortably. i'm gonna take the floor panels off, cut em and put them back together and that problem should be solved.

overall, i'm pretty impressed with myself. i've never worked with wood or any handiwork in my life, and i only had my grandpa telling me where the tools were. everything else i did on my own, and i felt like a fuckin genius lmao
