I had a dream last night that I had to play a game, called "BAKARAT" (unrelated to baccarat), with these old gangsters that were trying to test my character.
It's a matching game similar to mahjong but played with sticks places face down into a fish tank. You've got to pick sticks from the top and try to match features (background color, pattern, tip color). You can also optionally (without moving any sticks) grab a shell from the bottom of the tank or trade in a limited resource called a "dumbo" (a yellow silk flower) in order to grab three sticks instead of two.
As the game drags on, you pour a little bit more water into the tank until it becomes a murky mess that makes it more difficult to choose sticks.
Anyways, it was a beautifully made game and I'm like... low key compelled to try and make one for myself now... but maybe without the fish tank. lol
