I always have, like, at least three kinds of olive oil on hand. One super cheap, one decent, and at least one good one.

I would never trust ANYTHING other than olive oil. Even the cheap one always works wonders, it is literally a miracle liquid
Yes! Like, it's not the most "neutral" oil (unless it's the filtered kind), but it's got way less in the way of "off" flavour notes than most "neutral" oils?
Like, I'll use sesame or coconut oil, or ghee or butter, where that's actually part of the flavour profile, but when I just need Some Kind Of Oil?
