I love it when a creator uses a word to such an apotheosis that it clearly becomes theirs. Jenna Moran owns "numinous" now and there's nothing we can do about it

I know it's a good word when googling it yields zero results. I'm guessing it's in reference to the Symplegades, the clashing rocks in the story of Jason and the Argonauts?

these days though i've been doing some cool stuff with "newborn," though, so maybe that
far roofs is going to WHIP, it's all the best parts of chuubo's as a ttrpg framework supercharged into the 2020s with oracle mechanics.
I never even noticed the word until he called attention to it in Wee Free Men, and now on my full series read-through I go "HE SAID IT" every time it pops up.
