the best two shopkeepers in morrowind are a scamp (imp) and a crab, because as non-humanoids they don't have a barter skill and will buy anything at full price. they're also some of the only merchants that'll buy drugs off you. game of the century tbh

Likely the only shopkeeps in the entire vanilla game that will give you full price, given the two Mercantile bugs that lower how much merchants will pay you for your goods the higher your Mercantile is, and sometimes, the higher their Disposition is.
My Mark spell was basically always set to the Mudcrab Merchant. Creeper I could get to quickly enough as a Mage, but that Mudcrab... Worth it.
