I've just finished my reread and I'm now of the opinion that Freefall's next arc ten years down the line is going to absolutely rule. 2034 Mark Stanley is going to put together a plot that makes the Gardener in the Dark arc look like a slice-of-life
I’ve long stopped reading it but it was very much a big part of my early web life. I would read the hell out of that post.

I have such a big love/hate relationship with Freefall. Some of its ideas are very fascinating, but at other times it makes some baffling decisions to make sure to land a joke at the end of a strip, and gets a little overly blunt at times. But I still read it, so that's got to count for something!
