We've officially mined nostalgia to its core. There is nothing left to be said or felt on the topic. All artists must find a new emotion to attempt to invoke as often as possible. Personally, I think we can get a good few years out of dissatisfaction

Just gotta figure out what they are first.
I think there's a lot of untapped potential in Defiance. To start we could explore the feelings of defiance against the imminent bursting of the nostalgia bubble.
