So, he doesn't state explicitly, but my guess is that the translation is assembled from multiple (possibly fragmentary) example tablets. Other possibility is that it was just written that way, possibly as some scribal example or catch-all contract.

I thought it was some historical nerd shit, especially since components one and two get a single slash, while two and three get two.

Like One/Two//Three.

Dunno what it would accomplish that a space wouldn't - the names/components themselves don't contain spaces, so it's not like it's a necessity to show where one ends or another begins.
