I legitimately wonder if the feeling allistic people get when reading a modern Heathcliff comic is anything like the feeling I get trying to figure out what the fuck allistic people are talking about when they speak in that maddening code of insinuation and implication.
Like it's definitely language, and it definitely makes sense to the person saying it, but the concepts simply don't connect in any coherent and comprehensible way because crucial context is withheld under the assumption that it is obvious to anyone.
