about walking along a beach and finding a bunch of unattended fishing rods, all cast into the ocean. I reeled one in and there was a person on the end, a young teenager I think? They seemed perfectly fine and walked away down the beach. Afterwards i walked into a nearby house and found a laundry machine full of a gross looking liquid with stuff floating in it.
