I never really figured out a style for these, do you think the print tone is grungy enough to be evocative or is it too much?
I really like the texture of these so much, the colors do a lot to inform the rest of the figures
The center one looks so weird and cool. I love not being able to quite tell what's going on with it's head
It's more obvious in the source art that it's like, one eye with a horizontal flare but I'm glad you noted it because yeah the head shape is meant to be pretty ambiguous.

These are incredible! i love the dirtiness, especially the one on the farthest left. Rly curious how u would develop this style out further, since it sounds like ur not totally satisfied w it.
Thanks! I do think it looks nicer with just a few strong colours, so I may try exploring that, like emulating limited colour printing? Not sure.
i love this style. It makes me think of postage stamps. like I could lick them and stick them onto a playing grid.
That's good, I was hoping for cheap postcards or trading cards or something.
