I’m going to start a solo playthrough of Stonehell using the Errant system.
I made four characters.
Gerod The Zealot Elf
Elaine the Violent Goblin
Fortessa the Deviant Tiefling + her dad
Veg the Occult Orc + his two buff cousins
I’m going to play through the Stonehell mega dungeon as I read it, and then I’m going to write up a journal entry made by one of the characters, as Veg is going to document and publish their explorations.

Stonehell. It was a prison, now an ancient ruin built into the ground. I am leaving my academy for the first time. I have found myself some companions. Garod, a religious elf who drinks without end and has a... smell to him. Elaine is a savvy goblin warrior. Fortessa, a tiefling that is smarter with her hands than with her mouth.

The jade horse in my pocket jumped to my mind, and I examined it for a while. I think I have been able to discern its abilities.
Comprehend, space, death, overthrow, mortality. I channel the figurine. A skeletal horse clacks into the room, and time seems to stand still with it. The room is rebuilt, a little more put back together. I see the five adventurers set up camp. I see them murdered in their sleep. I see their corpses rot. I see their spirits, eternally repeating mindless drudgery for hundreds of years. I am back; the horse is gone. Looking in the rotted remains of one of their backpacks, I find a pouch of dried belladonna. We pack our things and quietly file out.
We have just murdered three goblins. We stumbled upon them in an empty room. Gerod tried to talk them into surrender, but failed. They fell quickly to our swords. With one left and attempting surrender, we managed to get some information out of him before Elaine put him to death and took his ear. She did not fail to also take his helmet and 27 copper pennies.
We made our way upstairs. With a goblin corpse and the information he loaned us, we lured three stirges while Fortessa hunted for the body of a woman in a pile of rotten cloth. She found a gem and a few copper pennies hidden there. The next room had a severely rotten floor, which Fortessa assisted us in navigating. However, Elaine still fell through, so we had to wait for her to return. While waiting, I contemplated my ancient brick with chipping mortar. I used it to replace some load bearing beams (with help from Fortessa's engineering knowledge). Summon, biota, architecture, support, decay. I shape a handful of rotten wood into a humanoid form, and shove the brick into its head. My first homunculus comes to life in front of me.
Shortly after, three goblins burst out of the next room. They gave Elaine and Gerod a few cuts, but working together we fended them out. Fortessa found a lot of gold bits on their bodies.
We had to make a choice, risk the roof, or clear out the rest of this floor. Seeing as we could hear nothing from the hole in the roof, we decided to take on the rest of this floor.
