I've been on the job hunt a little over 2 months now and it sucks. hoping for an offer soon though. and yeah it's wild that a remote job that work anywhere doesn't need to have salary posted? it's like not everyone got the message. I did a whole back and forth plus interview with one company only to get ghosted after telling them my salary expectations. maturity levels in the sewers.
even local companies aren't doing it! but yeah, this time of year especially, all that stuff just falls off so hard, it's so obnoxious
