One of the things I'm working on occasionally is scanning the manuals and other materials from obscure games, and making them available online. You can easily find downloads of most games that have been released for most systems, but supplementary material like the manual or guide books are often much harder to come by. So in the last year-and-a-half I started buying some weird obscure games I like (and a few guides) and scanning them.

I haven't actually done any new scans in quite a while for lack of energy and motivation, but this one is the last manual I already had scanned and only needed to edit.

You might be more familiar with the sequel of this game, Ribbit King (aka Kero Kero King DX). Kero Kero King on the PS1 is a "frog golf" game (or Kerof / Frolf as the call it). It has very cute art, and there's a bunch of it in the manual.

some fun images after the break:

I scanned this from a limited edition release, and one of the things it came with is this sticker sheet (some of these would work great as profile icons):

One small thing I enjoy when doing these scans is a good CD inlay (i.e. the part behind the disc, which is the other side of the back cover). Most games don't have anything special there, but sometimes they get a bit more playful:
