Regardless of whatever you think about Nicalis (and anyone who knows me knows I got plenty to argue on the matter), the many rereleases have significant things different from each other and it's interesting that people don't know much about them. While you can find many of the QoL changes and more if you know where to look (like here, cough), the changes have been significant enough that at least 3 versions have unique glitches and significant new content
