Quote turned out to have a lot of tools I wasn't using that well and he's pretty fun but he'll take a while to get to grips with. Noko is just tons of fun for a character that has to find her way in hard but then just steamrolls thru.
Amber studied neutral for the game a bit and it shows, its Kawase stage control is pretty strong.
