Fixes issues with the Boss Rush, and now makes muting the game with the in-game sliders work as expected with the original soundtrack.

I've also included an experimental build for Mac OS! If you can, please test it.

I think there's an issue with the player sprites? I'm watching my friend play and they turned into a missile when they hopped into a teleporter.
