If there was even a shitty suburban strip mall right under the platform instead of a blasted crater of parking lots it might be safe to leave a bike there.
Even if they bulldozed everything but the ice rink and the parking lots, all that pretty promised-and-never-delivered development there will be just a teensy bit too far to practically integrate with the Link platform.
If they flatten the parking lots there's nothing to guarantee any new development will actually integrate with the platform in a way that doesn't make you walk through an asphalt sewer to get to the train from any other mode of transit or destination
