every time i play kuro no kiseki i have a really good time even if all i did that session was talk to npcs. like roadie the cyclist and like giordano the cab driver, seen here. i love him a lot. the way he talks is amusing. saying things like "All. My. Destiny!" or as in this screenshot "You Are Great Hero, Brother." and there's just loads of new npcs to find and interact with even in this first city you start the game in. really excited to get to new places to meet even more (:
it's like this stuff is what the trails series is about for me. more than the combat or managing gear/gems/etc. what i love the most is the little character interactions throughout the world. there's enough charm in every npc's dialogue that it's worth the trouble to slowly read through it all at the glacial pace i currently manage haha. though i am thankful that only certain npcs are talk-to-able otherwise i would still be in the prologue like 30 hours in lmao
anyways that's all i wanna say. kuro no kiseki, is good
