@imogenCuga

personally if i were a moderator on here i would take action against ppl harassing transfem users. rather than the transfem users getting harassed. just me though ig

alright, just so i dont have to fucking explain myself in the comments, i'm going to be very explicit about what im angry about here:

i am pissed off that we are repeating the cycle of "transfem gets chased off of site -> transfem finds new site -> transfem vents about her experiences -> transfem gets a bunch of weirdos sending awful harassing asks -> transfem gets mad -> transfem gets chased off of site." i am a trans girl and i think we should be loved and have our presence appreciated even when we are angry and a little bit vulgar. i consciously try not to invoke kys myself, but if there's any time i would use a little bit of contextual analysis to determine whether there should be an exemption, it's when someone is using it as a gut response to being harassed. i think taking immediate moderation action against a trans woman purely for being a little tactless and tasteless when she is clearly the victim of a much broader, more insidious harassment campaign is miserably negligent and betrays some very harmful transmisogynistic bias that needs to be mitigated immediately.

i am locking the comments. i did not angrypost on here just to get misinterpreted. kiss my ass. anyone else acts up i will not hesitate to block
