Whenever I think about a song to put on, I try to imagine the opener of any song. And 9 times out of 10 I default to Then Came the Last Days of May by Blue Oyster Cult. It's not my favorite song, not even my favorite from Blue Oyster Cult. I don't listen to it often. But it has the most memorable opening of any song I've heard.
