Had a wild, last-minute change of plans! I'm gonna do Helldivers 2 as my Overtime Variety Hour stream tonight! I don't know how to incentivize tipping with this game, but please tune in anyways? We're going live in a matter of minutes!

Thinking about a way to make a fake recording of a fake fictional block of TV. Here’s a diagram of what I’m thinking of doing.
I did this! I scaled the project down quite a bit, but I basically did this!
I recorded two games, Pokemon Crystal and Kingdom Hearts 2. I edited both games as two 25-ish min episodes of TV, including and intro, commercial break fade in/out in the middle-ish of the episode, and ending credits. I made a handful of bumpers for "Implausibly Average TV". I grabbed a ton of commercials from the Internet Archive from "period appropriate" VHS rips, basically covering a handful of years of pre-HD Cartoon Network. I made a "full" sequence in Premiere, with both Pokemon Crystal, Kingdom Hearts 2, the bumpers, and the commercials were edited together as if they were an hour-ish of TV. Then, the "final" Premiere sequence had a 32 min runtime and was scaled down to 480p, with the Pokemon Crystal episode played in it's entirety, the Kingdom Hearts 2 episode advertised during the middle commercial break, and the Kingdom Hearts 2 episode gets cut off just after the intro I made for it.
The Kingdom Hearts stuff served as a bit of a teaser for Dive Into The Heart, my Kingdom Hearts series let's play I'd been teasing/threatening for awhile now, and the Pokemon Crystal episode became "canon" to TACKLE All Of POKEMON, a let's play series of all the mainline Pokemon games that I wanted to restart and do "right".
I think this came out pretty good, considering time/energy/skills constraints!
I want a new wrestling mask so bad. While I love the way I draw myself now, and how it's morphed so much from the physical mask I used to wear on stream before I realized "oh, I could do PNGTubing instead of wearing an uncomfortable mask for hours", I want to come full circle. I want my real-world wrestling mask to look like the cartoon version of the mask I wear, that was in turn based on the real-world mask I used to wear.
Almost 3 years ago I reached out to the place I bought my mask from and I never heard back. Maybe 2024 is the year of custom wrestling masks...
I thought it could be fun to show a little design history of how I've represented myself online!
I used to stream with a wrestling mask on, but it would get so hot and uncomfy in my office that I'd try to limit my time in the mask. I still wanted "myself" on screen, so I started doing PNGTubing, which meant I started refining how I would draw myself. I already drew myself a ton for various promos for streams, but I through drawing things over and over I would simplify the design of the mask. You can see it clearly here, where the lightning aspect of the IRL mask design was quickly removed, and as time has passed a lot of the design aspects of the real mask are completely gone in the drawings. At this point, my drawn mask is almost completely divorced from my IRL mask, so now I think it would be neat to get an IRL version of the mask I've slowly refined over the past handful of years!
Also, wild to think that if I didn't have that blue & yellow mask, I may not consider blue & yellow the Josh Average colors. I even named my keyblade The Blue & Yellow after my mask, and whenever I use Blue or Yellow in a design for Implausibly Average I'm always using those specific shades of Yellow and Blue!
