i do know a bit of programming and i get why you feel this way on cohost, but also i want to read more cohost posts that like.... don't feel targeted this way.
one of the greatest things to me in online is reading people be passionate yet accessible/welcoming about interests i don't know shit about. posts that get all excited explaining not just some cool niche thing they just discovered but why it's so exciting to them. i learn things and i get the fumes of nice feelings!
cohost isn't bereft of this, every time gravis posts some fucked up (i mean this positively) dive like this one about tv news backgrounds i strap the fuck in and enjoy myself. if anyone has recs for people to follow who post about non-programming niche hobbies please tell me in a comment, i will follow the bejeezus out of them.
