It's so weird to me that Steam's had a giant Chinese game sale going on, and you'd never know if you're outside Asia because they didn't bother promoting it on the front page at all. Even though a lot of the games are in English and so is the sale text.

From what I've heard - mainly from Felipe Pepe tweeting about it - Valve more or less actively avoided promoting this outside Asia, choosing a name that obscures the games mostly being Chinese and Taiwanese ("Eastern Games" strangely not comprising Japanese or Korean games) out of fear that it'd garner Sinophobic reactions.
Oh my gosh I don't think I heard about this either, there is some seriously good stuff in here 👀
has it ended? not all the games in the special offers tab appear to be on sale for me
