idk why but it makes me happy that old-ass linux DEs like CDE and FVWM are still being updated to this day. taking decades-old desktops and making them somewhat more modern without compromising the vision of the original desktop makes me happy

this post inspired me to take a peek at fvwm and wow i really like it. it might be the thing that pulls me away from using tiling window managers
