finally started getting around to reworking my personal site, it's going to now get generated via a static site generator called Jekyll. been setting up templates, working out how posts work, and updating the look a bit. it's not live yet, but once i get a few more finishing touches in (like actual other pages) it's going to look pretty rad. ugly rad.
first order of business: make the background what i like to call "old bowling alley carpet"
