guests browsing a profile (i.e. not logged in) can open "adult content" warnings, but are forced to log in to open generic CWs
this is... really bizarre?
further observations: if you combine the two, then guests can open it, but only because opening the adult content warning also opens the CW.
also, if a CW is edited onto the post while a guest has it open, then the same buttons you see while logged in show up.
