Won't have time this year, probably, because a writing project of mine is kind of approaching a deadline and keeps feeling like the scope of it is expanding but I absolutely get what you mean about the difference between furry and mainstream porn, I think it took until my mid-20s to realize that a lot of people aren't looking for the 'imagine yourself in the scene' that I'm looking for with erotic material of any flavour hence why so much porn aimed at straight guys don't involve anyone with a cock and as such lacks anyone for the cishet straight audience for that stuff to imagine themselves as. Which might have been what attracted me to furry stuff in the first place. Like, some people draw pinups, but there's usually enough of a scenario implied to the sexy scene to imagine yourself in it, and what might have lead up to it, and what happens next, and each of those three things are an option for you to involve yourself in the work.
I actually find erotic and porn writing outside of the furry space, including stuff clearly written by cishet folk for cishet men, tends to be a bit better than non-visual non-furry porn for that, honestly. I think there's only so far you can get with writing before you at least craft something where someone could imagine themselves in the scenario, and if there's no actual sex involved then you widen the appeal to since it's easier to abstract if the parts don't match since the parts aren't coming up. Or as up if it involves nudity but not sex. What the hell would a text equivalent of a pinup even be?
Will definitely keep it in mind for future years, and it wouldn't be the first time I'd made something horny that isn't explicitly sexual (The bit of erotica I last wrote and gotten into a 'I need to do a final editing pass'... Lacks any sex or nudity? Or even explicit sexual themes? Would definitely qualify as stealth by your terms. What'll make it explicitly sexual is the meta context of where I'm likely to put it up). Or event he first time I've finished making something that I think would qualify as a game for that (The last erotic game I made would have been a Zebra puzzle with the goal of figuring out which scenario happens to which person, though I forget if it cast the player as one of them or not, and has been lost to Yahoo shutting down Groups the same way they did GeoCities).
(And the amusing thing about most erotic twine/inky games, at least in the genres I tend to read, is that the 'win condition' tends to be less sexy than the loss conditions. Which, honestly, probably just incentivizes seeing all the paths even more than most hypertext games and VNs, because let's be honest, the bad endings are why you're reading a game about being stranded in a forest with hungry plants, or whatever, whether you're someone who reads erotica to imagine it happening to you or to watch it happening to someone else in your mind's eye.)
