For whatever reason I'm finding it hard to find what exactly to say about this game. It's simply just a very impressive game, an incredibly speedy, snappy feeling platformer while easily being the best looking game of 2023 with an incredible soundtrack. Something that I beat in almost one sitting and something I keep thinking about revisiting in order to P rank every level. Peppino, Gustavo, and Brick are instant classic characters who I spent like a month after playing doodling. I had to buy the soundtrack the second it was released on Bandcamp and I'll happily relisten to 'The Death I Deservioli' whenever. There's a joke in this game, a two to three second cutaway gag, that had me laughing so hard I had to pause and just sit for a minute to recover from the comedy equivalent of a sucker punch. It was really cool to watch friends get real into speedrunning the game, something that from just trying the game for a few minutes became obvious that it would be a beloved speed game.

I can't quite come up with much stronger thoughts than this honestly, its just all an impressive show of creative force.

There should've been more levels with Gus and Brick.

The only way I can describe how good it is, is by describing it as "one of the most 'Video Game' video games ever made," which probably isn't very descriptive or helpful but might make sense to someone
