Sometimes I get stories about my powerful niece that make me so emotional. Recently, baby girl had a pretty heavy conversation with one of her friends, and after she told her parents (it was definitely a ‘tell an adult’ situation), she read through the entirety of K. O’Neill’s Tea Dragon books, which I’ve given her over the years, to calm herself down.
Apparently she still sporadically announces that she is a chamomile dragon and she will remain ‘calm and flowery’.
I love my little buddy so much. She’s growing into such a wonderful, compassionate human being.
