i have pet chickens, i make drawings, and i write software of questionable usefulness. that's pretty much the extent of my personality. ask me about array programming, decker, or anything, really.

Yesterday evening I put the finishing touches on Lila, an interpreter for my Lil scripting language (as seen in Decker) implemented in vanilla POSIX-compatible Awk. You may not be familiar with Awk, but if your computer runs Linux, BSD, Unix, or anything vaguely similar, there's a strong chance you already have it installed.

As a functional artifact, Lila's existence is perhaps dubious, but it was fun to write.
