God it's so true a couple weeks ago we threw a single local poblano in a pot of chili and promptly blew my partner's face off
it was only 5 serranos and 4 jalapenos. some assorted green chiles. like. i mean it's a good amount but this made probably 64oz of salsa it wasnt THAT much and yet
i'm fucking south texan i should be able to deal with this without eyes watering :|
