[Quill pens require large, sturdy feathers: typically flight feathers, which are not present on any of the wingless Voices. The shorter feathers out of the Voice of the Paranoid's tail fan are probably your best bet, although I don't think he'd let you have any. The Voice of the Skeptic & the Voice of the Hero have aesthetically pleasing plumes without enough sturdiness for long-term use. The Voice of the Smitten's tail feathers are much longer than is practical, but they'd be very pretty trimmed down and used to ornament a metal nib.]
