if you hold shift and caps lock you can use the "im not mad, im disappointed" thing.
this is why I disable caps lock on all my keyboards
French fun fact: if you do that on a french keyboard, you get different results. Caps lock will give you accented caps like É or È, while shift will give you numbers.
Obviously doing it with shift gives a more powerful result: SUP2RIEUREMENT ACCENTU2.
